I was able to recover one charge.Still fighting for the other charge and then a new charge went through in March. It's virtually impossible to get somebody to call me back.
I was assured that this was not going to happen again and it did in March. I was forced to report this to the Better Business Bureau.I'm going to be forced to close my checking account at my bank permanently.
I was misled and deceived by the 7 day free trial. As soon as my bank notified me that funds were taken out.
I called immediately and was told I would get a refund within 24to 48 hours.
After spending a lengthy amount of time I was put on hold and then hung up on. I immediately called back and a man answered and whispered curse words at me and hung up. This is going on since the. Last week of December.
You cannot get anyone on the phone. All the numbers are a joke most of them are Disconnected. If you go on there website it shows that phone number then you call it. It's disconnected.
The other numbers provided after one ring and hangs up on you. I know several people that have been victimized. This is an absolute disgrace that they're getting away with this. They say they record all phone calls.
There's a way they could check to see that the channel was never even used at all. Be aware of
Advertising for free trials. This is now the fourth month i'm trying to resolve this This is now the 4th month I'm trying to resolve this. Very misleading and deceiving and very disrespectful customer service.
I'm puzzled how they're getting away with this. Be aware.
User's recommendation: Record your conversation if you ever get a live person on the phone. Don't give that your banking information.
