Youtube premium payment isssue
I paid twice for premium on utube for no ads. And on time.
Yet you turned off my premium service and said my payments were declined. But they were not.

Billing statement
I had no idea that YouTube TV had no direct customer service telephone number. However after several steps I was given a chance to have Google call me. Although my billing inquiry was resolved above and beyond a satisfactory level I still can't believe that a streaming television service has no direct to customer service telephone number.

I am upset about not having tv service
The text says that the networking program info may be unavailable right now. It said that last night.
Now I've woken up to the same thing. I am not happy.
I am also unhappy with the system of having to go through this without speaking to a person right away. I would be much more satisfied if I could speak to a person and the problem would be resolved right away.
Preferred solution: I would like my TV to be turned back on

Double charge on the account from Bank
The reason for this is for me to be refunded to my account because the service was taken out twice first August 23, 2024 and on September 3,2024, for the amount of $79.01 being charged twice, within a ten day period. Please refund my account for the early transaction on August 23,2024, of $79.01 back to my account.
The total amount of both is $158.02. Only asking for the amount In August for the amount of $79.01.

Lost Account
Last week someone hacked my email while I was sleep and I change my password when I woke up but yall logged me out of everything and I couldnt recover my email because I no longer had access to my account. I recently got a new phone number and havent changed my email to the new number yet so I need help getting back in because Ive lost everything.
Ive worked so hard for my channel and I need some help, please show me how to get back into my channel. I have all my previous passwords and all my previous videos. I have proof that I am the person in these videos with countless pictures and records of my own music. My channel is Bliss Of Bodhi.
The Account is under bandzzontrill@***.com and my last known password for 5 years has been Trilly01. The old phone number was +1 (26*) ***-****.
Please help. I will send proof I still have access on my ps4 account as it hasnt got deleted off this older device.

YouTube TV now has greatly increased the amount of sponsored ads that one has to just sit through. I pay over $80 per month, why do I have to pay more to see less ads, when it is already so high???
Knock it off with trying to get everyone to pay you more money to cut back on ads. They are all the damn time now!!! So annnoying!!!

False advertisement on their returns and refund.
My issue is that I just want my money back in my account from the website AirPhysio.io because I cancelled that order. They told me the support team will review the order.
Plus, the website still has my account information, which is still there.
I want my money back in my account. Thank you.

Charged for YouTube tv and says I don't have any services
I have been charged for YouTube TV, but I don't have access to YouTube TV. I would like to know why I was charged. If I am being charged, I would like YouTube TV reinstated, so I can use the service.

YouTube Free Subscription Ripoff!
I'm a (Best Buy Member) and received an email that said I'm eligible for a free 3-month subscription for (YouTube) and yet I can't get it. Now, I went back and bought a month subscription which I don't want and that I didn't get either.
Under subscriptions, it doesn't show what I paid for. You can't call YouTube or email them; the phone number is disconnected and there is no response by email.
How does a large company not have a way to reach them? This is UNACCEPTABLE!

They don't want to hire more employees who will spend half of their underpaid time sitting on their hands. The cost of labor is beyond belief especially when coupled with the cost of government at all levels.
Folks want the convenience and price comparing ability of the internet but the price is less personal involvement. This is not J.C.
Penney in 1958 when the sales staff knew your name and were probably your neighbors. You can't have it both ways.
