I had nearly 2,800 watch hours; I have close to 300,000 views. However, I'm losing watch hours, which makes no sense. I receive hundreds, sometimes thousands, of views on four 60.

No availability with customer service for account. I shouldn't have to write a review on why you can't help me; that's not my fault or problem.
It is my problem, but you don't seem to care. You certainly don't have any easy access. I can't even access my account online on your app. Why can't I get help on your app?
Why can't I call any of the three customer service phone numbers? And every time I've had a problem, it's taken me forever to get through to your company for help. You told me I could use my original email, which was a lie, and you made me use a Google email and you made me create my own Google email, and I had to make that my permanent Google email, so you forced the email on me. And when I asked for that not to be the case, your customer service couldn't help it, so I left it alone.
But I have to ask, how many times do I have to call you and ask you to help me? And you refuse to service me, yet I pay you on time, and you've raised my bill much higher than it was in the beginning. I just want some simple answers on my bill. So now I want somebody to call me ASAP; that means as soon as possible if you don't understand that.
Because I want somebody to discuss with me why I'm paying far too much for your services, and I can't even talk to anybody. Not to mention how many times you, as a company, have failed me. And I'm not complaining for the first time; this is like number eight. So you haven't really tried very well to make me happy as a customer, but you've been really happy charging me more than I believe I should be paying.
Is that enough information, or do you want more? 'Cause I would really like to speak to a human being, not a program. Thank you, though, for wasting my time and making me more upset than I truly need to be. That's the last thing I need to be, is upset, but it seems to be your mission statement: upset the customer.
Who cares if they pay our bills? Thanks, thanks a lot.

Is there anyway I can bring down my rate per month? Im not pissed, just wish I could pay less considering my circumstances.

You sent me two company advertising what they have to sell me. I dont need that.
I need YouTube to help me out. Thats the one thing I hate about YouTube TV is not being able to get a hold of somebody to resolve a problem. Theres no excuse for that at least a DIRECTV.
I can get somebody to talk to and take care of the problem. I got maybe I should look at going back

Once again the customer representative was paid attention to other stuff his phone kept going off to leave me on hold for my moments and period of times dearly on the phone for 45 30 minutes and nothing has been resolved I I wanted was a refund
Money was taken from my account for no reason, and I want the money back in my account because this is not right.

I made the payment on January 28, 2026, and my YouTube TV is not working. I made a yearly payment, and it is telling me to make a payment.
I don't understand why it is telling me to make a payment again.
This is ridiculous; I don't get what is going on. I need you to fix it, please.

Hello, YouTube, Im getting reported that we have a bad YouTube user who is making anti accounts of us and my friends. He is stealing out YouTube profile pictures and crossing them out in a big red X.
The bad name of the user is name Inactive_755. He is a terrible user who is doing bad things to us, and he is making more anti accounts of the users who love Toadette, the character from the Super Mario series. He is bashing my opinions, even my friends as well!
Please terminate the user Inactive_755, and even terminate the anti users that he made of me and my friends! I will tell you who are the names of the anti accounts in the pictures below and please terminate those bad anti users that he made of us that you see in a big red X, including that bad user for doing this to me and my friends (named Inactive_755).
