I need to find out why you guys keep on blocking my videos. I am trying to get more people up to 50 so I can go live, but this rule is putting my ministry business behind me. There are some of us God calls to do his work.

However, the "Change AdSense Account" option is not available in YouTube Studio. Because of this, I am unable to connect a different AdSense account or manage my monetization settings as normally expected.

I had paid for the NFL Sunday Ticket in August, and was obviously excited to be able to view all the games on Sunday. To my chagrin, when I attempted to access this programming it did not work.
I called NFL Sunday Ticket and after being on hold for over 45 minutes I was connected to a representative. I spent over 2 hours on the phone with this person, going through varied attempts at rectifying the problem, inclusive of sending her pictures of what I was seeing on my screen. After 2 hours the problem was not resolved and she told me that the problem was that my NFL Sunday ticket was on a different e-mail than my you tube account. She then cancelled my package and told me that I had to reorder the package using my you tube email.
I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told none were available but that she would send me an email that I could respond to and ask to speak with a supervisor. The email she sent me was one that could not be responded to. The following day I called NFL Sunday ticket and rectified the issue.
I was told that while it would be more difficult to sign in using different emails that was not the issue. Obviously I am not a happy customer.

Bad customer service. Monthly rate increase for premium service without previous notification. Even paying the premium services the ads still being present. It’s deceiving and frustrating.

The premium service has lots of ads. My service got interrupted because my car was stolen and the bank closed it. Immediately, YouTube increased the service by 25% without taking care of the issue and the fact that I had been a customer for almost ten years or more.
