First off I love you product...BUT...I just went back to 2/17/21 and 2/22/21 up to the present day and found double billing per month starting 2/17/21 = 34 months and through a broken chat session I was only able to secure 4 months of refunding = = 30 months of double billing =$1950.00

of overcharging.

After you realize that at this same billing address there is only my husband John and myself (Susan) and we didn't get any more service from your company(Google) than using only one of these double billings !!! How and Why in 1/18/21 we were correctly single billed (one house and one retired elderly couple) and then starting 2/17/21 we get double billed per month...Why ?

It is my hope that your multi billion dollar company will make right on this mistaken billing without employing the BBB (Better Business Bureau), lawyer or possible small claims court action. We're retired, on a fixed income and have Many other uses for the $1950 than lining Googles pockets any more than our single $72.99/ month needs to be earmarked for.

I found help thru a Google chat window. We were also charged twice monthly since January.

Turns out, we had a second email listed. Not sure how this happened, but the rep.

said he'd take care of it within 48 hours... we'll see....

You can't "employ" the BBB. They have no legal authority anywhere in the country and are a privately owned consortium of "member" businesses.

They will take your statement and perhaps allow it to be publicly accessed by consumers attempting to do their homework about a prospective vendor's statement portfolio. They cannot represent you in any legal forum any more than McDonald's could.

I have been double billed for over a year. I can't find any phone number or process in which to talk to someone about it. Does anyone have a number for a real person in accounting???Help

Forget the telephone. Send a written cease and desist demand and serve it via Certified Mail Return Receipt Requested to the stated address.

Then inform your financial provider to dishonor any future attempts at collection or billing by this vendor. If there has been a billing discrepancy, send another letter as above (keep each correspondence to one subject only) listing your calculations and whatever proof you can muster to substantiate your claim and the amount of refund requested.

Remember, no more calls, no e-mails, etc. ; the old fashioned guaranteed method is superior.

To pay my bill up for about four months

When you go to pay your bill give you options where you can pay more than what you want to pay it'd be nice if there was a spot that says how many months would you like to pay up

User's recommendation: Don't get YouTube TV because they double bill you and you can't get a live person to dispute it. I have worked with my credit card company but they weren't able to help, either.

I came back from a day of boating with my brother and my YouTube TV was turned off, saying that I had to use a different payment method. So I went into the computer and did everything that I was told to do, put in my password and everything required, and I still cant get on my YouTube TV!

I paid for the NFL ticket and Redzone September 22, the following week, all the games were locked, so I got in touch with somebody and they said my next payment was due September 23 so they cut off my NFL ticket and I had to pay $167, plus another 60 something dollars to get it turned back on. But then when I tried to show them the receipt saying that the due dates werent until the 22nd of every month, so my next due date was October 22 and they still made me pay over $200 back on

YouTube TV is a television and movie streaming service. It offers more than 80 channels of shows, regional sports, and news. It is a paid membership with unlimited DVR space and a free trial period. The service supports all gadgets including tablets, phones, and PCs.

YouTube TV FAQs

Users can cancel or pause their memberships in the app on the Android/iOS device or a web browser. It is necessary to choose Membership Settings, and click Cancel. The access to the service won’t be lost until the end of the payment period.

The length of a free trial period may vary for the Base Plan. Extra networks are subject to separate billing terms. The duration of the free trial can be checked by tapping Settings in the app. Following the end of the free trial period, users will be switched to a paid membership automatically.

The Base Plan comes in at USD 64.99 before tax per month. Any add-on networks are charged separately. The first payment day is a charge day. Users are charged at the beginning of each new billing cycle.

It is possible to use the service on three devices simultaneously. Please note that it is available only for devices authorized to install YouTube TV. They include smartphones, tablets, personal computers, game consoles, etc.

To cancel a YouTube TV subscription, go to tv.youtube.com or open the app on your device. Click on your profile photo in the top-right corner, and select “Settings.” Find the Membership button, choose the Manage option next to your membership, and click “Cancel membership.”

The standard free trial for YouTube TV is 7 days. However, during promotional periods, YouTube TV has offered extended trial periods of 14 or even 30 days.

To change your Home Area location on YouTube TV, visit tv.youtube.com, click on your profile photo in the top-right corner, select the Settings option, and choose “Location.” Click the Update button next to the Home Area section, enter your new ZIP code, and confirm the change. Note that you can only change your home area twice every 12 months.

To access the YouTube TV account login page, visit tv.youtube.com or open the app on your device and find the Sign In button in the top-right corner of the screen. Enter your Google account credentials and click “Next” to complete the sign-in process.

To change your YouTube TV payment method, sign in to your account via the app or the official website. Click on your profile photo in the top-right corner, select the Settings option, and choose “Billing.” Click the Update button next to your current payment method and add a new card or payment method. If you signed up for YouTube TV through a mobile carrier or internet provider, you’ll need to update your payment method through them.

You can create up to 6 YouTube TV accounts per household, which allows each family member to have their own personalized settings and viewing preferences. Additionally, you can stream on up to 3 devices simultaneously.

The YouTube TV subscription can be canceled at any time. However, you will still have access to the service until the end of the current billing period, unless you cancel your subscription during a free trial. In that case, you will lose access to YouTube TV immediately.

If YouTube TV isn’t working, you can try to check your Internet connection and restart your router if necessary. You can also clear the cache and update the app to make sure you have the latest version installed.

Check if your device is compatible with YouTube TV, as some older devices may not support the app. Check the YouTube TV’s Twitter account or Help Center for outage reports.
