First off I love you product...BUT...I just went back to 2/17/21 and 2/22/21 up to the present day and found double billing per month starting 2/17/21 = 34 months and through a broken chat session I was only able to secure 4 months of refunding = = 30 months of double billing =$1950.00
of overcharging.
After you realize that at this same billing address there is only my husband John and myself (Susan) and we didn't get any more service from your company(Google) than using only one of these double billings !!! How and Why in 1/18/21 we were correctly single billed (one house and one retired elderly couple) and then starting 2/17/21 we get double billed per month...Why ?
It is my hope that your multi billion dollar company will make right on this mistaken billing without employing the BBB (Better Business Bureau), lawyer or possible small claims court action. We're retired, on a fixed income and have Many other uses for the $1950 than lining Googles pockets any more than our single $72.99/ month needs to be earmarked for.

When you go to pay your bill give you options where you can pay more than what you want to pay it'd be nice if there was a spot that says how many months would you like to pay up

I am being double-billed for YouTube TV, and have been since March.I haven't been able to get a live person to help me. I looked at my Google account and it says I have only one account.
User's recommendation: Don't get YouTube TV because they double bill you and you can't get a live person to dispute it. I have worked with my credit card company but they weren't able to help, either.

I dont understand why you could house a product like this and not do a good job at it. It was fine when it was on DIRECTV you should give it back to DIRECTV.

I came back from a day of boating with my brother and my YouTube TV was turned off, saying that I had to use a different payment method. So I went into the computer and did everything that I was told to do, put in my password and everything required, and I still cant get on my YouTube TV!

I paid for the NFL ticket and Redzone September 22, the following week, all the games were locked, so I got in touch with somebody and they said my next payment was due September 23 so they cut off my NFL ticket and I had to pay $167, plus another 60 something dollars to get it turned back on. But then when I tried to show them the receipt saying that the due dates werent until the 22nd of every month, so my next due date was October 22 and they still made me pay over $200 back on

Have human representatives to answer any questions concerning the public in regards to the YouTube TV service you provide Very unprofessional and distasteful when I spend my hard earned money to a service that continues to crash and when I try to get some help resolving the issue all I get is a recording and steps to take to try to reinstall my app!!!

I found help thru a Google chat window. We were also charged twice monthly since January.
Turns out, we had a second email listed. Not sure how this happened, but the rep.
said he'd take care of it within 48 hours... we'll see....
Maybe looks like people need to take this to court because this is not being resolved and it's 2024
You can't "employ" the BBB. They have no legal authority anywhere in the country and are a privately owned consortium of "member" businesses.
They will take your statement and perhaps allow it to be publicly accessed by consumers attempting to do their homework about a prospective vendor's statement portfolio. They cannot represent you in any legal forum any more than McDonald's could.
This post violates site protocols. It has been reported thus to the webmaster. Do not publish personal information to an open internet website.
I have been double billed for over a year. I can't find any phone number or process in which to talk to someone about it. Does anyone have a number for a real person in accounting???Help
Forget the telephone. Send a written cease and desist demand and serve it via Certified Mail Return Receipt Requested to the stated address.
Then inform your financial provider to dishonor any future attempts at collection or billing by this vendor. If there has been a billing discrepancy, send another letter as above (keep each correspondence to one subject only) listing your calculations and whatever proof you can muster to substantiate your claim and the amount of refund requested.
Remember, no more calls, no e-mails, etc. ; the old fashioned guaranteed method is superior.
