The stupid thing took me to a GOOGLE ADS and said that was all it could help me with. It was ALL automated so as per usual in these situations you cant ask a question bc you arent speaking to a human!!!
Its extremely frustrating for a customer like me that all I do is watch TV and go to the doctors. Im VERY upset about losing ABC and now will search for a new company! Just like I got rid of ADT and went to ring! Customer service still matters in this world.
Were still people not puppets. Im sure this wont even get red by anyone.

I got scammed. I lost 3,500.00 dollars from one of your team members.
I won't be able to get my money back from my bank because they had me go get cash cards. So who is going to give me my money back?
It wasnt YouTube that ripped me off. It was one of your customer service representatives.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund.
I am writing to formally request a refund for the recent auto-renewal charge on my YouTube TV account for the NFL Sunday Ticket subscription, which was processed on August 1, 2025.
I was unaware that auto-renewal was enabled on my account, and upon noticing the charge, I canceled the subscription on the same dayAugust 1st. Despite the prompt cancellation, the full amount was still charged to my fathers credit card, which was saved on my profile.
The cardholder is Reginald L.
Sutton (aka Reggie Sutton), and he does not consent to this charge.
His contact number is 704-516-****, should you require verification or direct communication.
Given that the subscription was canceled the same day it renewed and no service has been used, we respectfully request a full refund to the original payment method.
If a refund cannot be issued, we will be left with no choice but to escalate this matter by filing formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and the North Carolina State Attorney Generals Office.
We are simply asking for fairness and a timely resolution. Please confirm receipt of this message and advise us on the next steps for processing the refund.

YouTube network keeps buffering and long pauses after pausing TV. It says loading for about a minute and a half.
It buffers in every room of the house on every TV for very long periods of time. I tried to connect with tech support from YouTube TV. I tried going on the internet to find them. I tried calling them.
People from YouTube TV kept hanging up on me. They called it dropped calls.
When I finally did get someone, they kind of helped. And I have just given up, and I think I'm going to go to Hulu TV instead.
- Viewing of my local channels library to store then rewatch programs
- Due to the issues i am having if i go to my library and watch a 50 minute program it takes me about an hour and a half to do so due to the issues in question it costs way too much money to not be able to watch youtube tv half of the time
Preferred solution: Easier communication between the customer and YouTube tv. Help when needed. And half of my service fees back. Better service all together

Can't access channels
Extremely difficult to contact YouTube TV. I called 3 different phone numbers and it hung up on me immediately.
I tried to chat with YouTube TV and it wanted me to pay $5 to have a technician look into my issue. Are you kidding me? Pay to chat and get help. I'll try to call tomorrow, and if the same thing happens, the 2 years I've subscribed to YouTube TV will come to an end.
Very poor customer service. One of the channels, ESPN, I cannot access that worked earlier this week.
I paid another service so I could watch college football games tomorrow. This is unacceptable.

When we have an issue can not get in touch with no one.
I paid on the 15th of September because they hit my card for it and received the money. They sent an email saying good to go.
Then today I tried to watch it, and my service was paused. Money was taken but never returned to my bank.
