I called and spoke to few people promised that a full refund is processed since it was canceled on the 14th day free trial. I am still waiting, I do have emails as well.

How to cancel a Youtube TV subscription?
Users can cancel or pause their memberships in the app on the Android/iOS device or a web browser. It is necessary to choose Membership Settings, and click Cancel. The access to the service won’t be lost until the end of the payment period.
How long is the Youtube TV free trial?
The length of a free trial period may vary for the Base Plan. Extra networks are subject to separate billing terms. The duration of the free trial can be checked by tapping Settings in the app. Following the end of the free trial period, users will be switched to a paid membership automatically.
