This is our several reminders to know who is in deception against their own consciousness and the universal laws of nature. Acharya Charan Das channel discusses ecological, environmental issues, and laws of nature that bind all of us intrinsically, without anyone's belief.

Namaste,

I am writing to respectfully but strongly request that YouTube reconsider its decision to remove Acharya Ji's videos on the grounds of alleged deception or spam.

Before reaching such a serious conclusion, I ask that YouTube carefully examine the actual substance, context, and purpose of these videos. Were they truly intended to deceive people, or were they intended to impart philosophical and spiritual knowledge concerning the laws of nature, consciousness, the mind, intellect, the human body, and humanity's relationship with the natural world?

Acharya Ji teaches that human existence depends upon the laws of nature. Air, water, fire, earth, and space are fundamental aspects of the natural world upon which life depends. Regardless of a person's religion, nationality, philosophy, or beliefs, no human being or animal can exist independently of nature.

The late astronomer and science communicator Dr. Carl Sagan discussed Hindu cosmological concepts in Cosmos, drawing attention to the extraordinarily vast cycles of cosmic time contemplated in Hindu tradition and their remarkable scale when considered alongside modern scientific understandings of cosmic time. Such ideas demonstrate that human beings have contemplated the age, origin, and scale of the universe for thousands of years.

Modern science has likewise established that dinosaurs existed millions of years before human civilization. Dinosaurs first appeared more than 200 million years ago and inhabited the Earth for an immense period of geological history.

These examples demonstrate why intellectual inquiry and the freedom to discuss different philosophical, scientific, and spiritual perspectives are so important.

Acharya Ji's message concerns the laws of nature, consciousness, the mind, intellect, the temporary physical body, and self-realization. His teachings encourage people to examine the distinction between the conscious self and the physical body and to consider humanity's responsibilities toward nature and toward one another.

These are important questions for humanity.

Wars, criminal violence, terrorism, famine, resource scarcity, environmental destruction, land degradation, and other forms of ecological damage have caused enormous human and economic losses throughout the world. Humanity benefits when people are encouraged to think seriously about conscience, responsibility, peaceful coexistence, nature, and the consequences of their actions.

The laws of nature apply equally to everyone: Jews, Christians, Muslims, Hindus, Sikhs, atheists, and people of every other religion, belief, or philosophy.

Consider a simple example: Can someone plant the seed of Datura, a poisonous plant, and expect it to produce sweet tomatoes? Nature operates according to causes and consequences, regardless of what human beings may wish to believe.

Likewise, no dictator, government, institution, corporation, or individual controls the natural processes governing this planet. Earth continues its journey around the Sun at approximately 107,000 kilometers (67,000 miles) per hour regardless of human disagreements, ideologies, religions, or attempts at domination.

Human mortality provides another profound reminder of our limitations.

Acharya Ji teaches that when the vital force—the eternal soul and consciousness—departs from the physical body, the body can no longer move independently and becomes a corpse. Others must eventually carry the body for burial, cremation, or another final rite. Whatever one's philosophical or religious understanding of death may be, contemplation of mortality can foster humility rather than ego or attempts to dominate others.

Acharya Ji's videos discuss self-realization and the laws of nature and encourage viewers to examine these questions for themselves. People should be permitted to hear philosophical and spiritual ideas and use their own intellect, conscience, and judgment to evaluate them.

If YouTube believes that particular videos violated a specific policy, I respectfully request that YouTube identify the precise content and applicable policy violation rather than broadly characterizing Acharya Ji's teachings as deceptive or spam.

I therefore respectfully request that YouTube:

Conduct a fair human review of the removed videos in their complete context.

Clearly identify the specific statements, actions, or conduct alleged to violate YouTube's policies.

Distinguish philosophical, spiritual, and educational teachings from actual fraudulent, deceptive, or spam-related activity.

Restore Acharya Ji's videos if a careful review determines that they do not violate YouTube's policies.

Review any available documentation concerning the reported use of Acharya Ji's educational material in U.S. criminal justice or law enforcement training settings.

I also respectfully ask YouTube to consider the principles expressed in America's founding documents.

The Declaration of Independence of July 4, 1776, famously refers to the laws of nature and of nature's God. The Preamble to the United States Constitution begins with the words 'We the People.' These documents reflect foundational American ideals concerning liberty and self-government that helped create an environment in which freedom of thought, inquiry, expression, scientific investigation, philosophical discussion, and education could flourish.

These principles have contributed enormously to America's progress in scientific, technological, educational, and philosophical fields.

The purpose of invoking these historic principles is not to suggest that private platforms cannot establish or enforce legitimate rules. Rather, it is to emphasize the tremendous importance of distinguishing genuine fraud or harmful deception from philosophical, religious, scientific, or spiritual ideas with which some people may simply disagree.

Please do not allow a misunderstanding of Acharya Ji's teachings to prevent people—including future generations—from hearing ideas that encourage them to think about nature, consciousness, responsibility, and humanity's place in the universe.

Freedom of thought, intellectual inquiry, philosophical discussion, and respectful disagreement are valuable principles. A platform as influential as YouTube should protect space for those principles while enforcing its legitimate policies fairly and consistently.

The laws of nature themselves do not change according to an individual's beliefs. Sunlight does not shine differently because one person is Hindu, another Christian, another Muslim, another Jewish, and another atheist. Nature does not discriminate according to human ideology.

Acharya Ji asks people to contemplate these fundamental realities and to use their own intellect and conscience in reaching their conclusions.

I therefore respectfully request that YouTube reconsider its decision, conduct a genuine human review of the disputed content, identify any specific policy violations, and restore Acharya Ji's valuable educational and philosophical videos if they do not actually violate YouTube's policies.
