Partial refund… and we got our channels back, thank you Very Much. I’m a very happy customer now:).
Write an email and be specific about what it isThat you are wanting. Don’t use curse words and don’t talk down to anyone. Write the letter as if you are asking your favorite person in the world for something. I was going to say mother or grandmother, but some people are very disrespectful to their family members.
So sad.
Anyway, that’s just my two cents. Thank you again for giving us back ABC:).
Its extremely frustrating for a customer like me that all I do is watch TV and go to the doctors. Im VERY upset about losing ABC and now will search for a new company! Just like I got rid of ADT and went to ring! Customer service still matters in this world.
Were still people not puppets. Im sure this wont even get red by anyone.

I’d give it a zero if I could. No Monday night football and a slew of other issues. They suck will be canceling as most of there other visas well. I hated cable and now I hate YouTube tv. You suck!
You suck. Cant watch most sports programs including Monday night football and other espn shows which actually suck anyway but still missing sports shows.
I thought I really hated cable because they took advantage of us but now so did you. I will be canceling.

Inappropriate photos in YouTube adds.
Garbage
I get inappropriate ads on YouTube. Right now, there is an ad with an image of a woman and a *** The ad says 'Dry Cleaning,' sponsored by OL ProCleans (could be QL).
Image I took on YouTube is still "processing".
If your system blocks the photo as inappropriate give me a call and I'll be happy to text or email it to you. It's bad that pictures like this are in your adds and your system blocks them when a complaint is filed.
Preferred solution: Stop these type of advertising on YouTube.

I can’t watch the packer game even with nfl Sunday ticket
It says the game is airing on my local station, but I don't have live TV. I bought NFL Sunday Ticket on YouTube TV to watch my team play, and now even though they're playing the game on their app, I can't watch it, even though I'm paying for NFL Sunday Ticket, which is ridiculous. If I'm paying for the service, I should be able to watch all games that are airing.

YouTube TV and their little battle with Disney has taken his toll on us the customers. And YouTube TV makes no adjustments to the bill even though you dont have any more channels.
Heck with that place do not go there the worst so many better deals.
Im already on sling. Everything is better than YouTube TV stay away horrible.

Credit for Disney channel blackouts like ABC Channel 9,etc.
We cannot access Disney channels, especially ABC Channel 9 and ESPN, etc. There are only limited channels that we can watch.
We therefore want to be credited for this since we love watching shows on those channels. We are missing several shows that we follow regularly.
I heard that some customers have already been credited for this, and we also want to have the same credit from the day you cut off those channels. Thank you very much.

Charged after canceling
I was charged today for YouTube TV when I cancelled it a while ago, and my last day to watch was the end of October. So I don't know why I'm being charged in November?
I can't even watch it today, and I was charged today. Lol, I don't want my subscription at all.

I called your company, and somehow someone else intercepted the call. Your phone number was on my phone when I was calling, and then it answered, and then it switched to a different phone number.
I got scammed out of $3,700 from the number that I called, which was your company.

Whoever the representative was scam me at a $3500. So you tell me what the *** happened

I won't be able to get my money back from my bank because they had me go get cash cards. So who is going to give me my money back?

I would say don't use YouTube TV
YouTube network keeps buffering and long pauses after pausing TV. It says loading for about a minute and a half.
It buffers in every room of the house on every TV for very long periods of time. I tried to connect with tech support from YouTube TV. I tried going on the internet to find them. I tried calling them.
People from YouTube TV kept hanging up on me. They called it dropped calls.
When I finally did get someone, they kind of helped. And I have just given up, and I think I'm going to go to Hulu TV instead.

- Due to the issues i am having if i go to my library and watch a 50 minute program it takes me about an hour and a half to do so due to the issues in question it costs way too much money to not be able to watch youtube tv half of the time

I had that happen to me. I was on a T-Moble gateway for my internet and it was a tower problem for me, not You Tube TV. They fixed the tower and smooth sailing!

YouTube TV is a television and movie streaming service. It offers more than 80 channels of shows, regional sports, and news. It is a paid membership with unlimited DVR space and a free trial period. The service supports all gadgets including tablets, phones, and PCs.
Users can cancel or pause their memberships in the app on the Android/iOS device or a web browser. It is necessary to choose Membership Settings, and click Cancel. The access to the service won’t be lost until the end of the payment period.

If you signed up for YouTube TV through a mobile carrier or internet provider, you’ll need to update your payment method through them.
You can create up to 6 YouTube TV accounts per household, which allows each family member to have their own personalized settings and viewing preferences. Additionally, you can stream on up to 3 devices simultaneously.
The YouTube TV subscription can be canceled at any time. However, you will still have access to the service until the end of the current billing period, unless you cancel your subscription during a free trial. In that case, you will lose access to YouTube TV immediately.
If YouTube TV isn’t working, you can try to check your Internet connection and restart your router if necessary. You can also clear the cache and update the app to make sure you have the latest version installed.
The specific issues may include Location Settings or Device Compatibility. Ensure your home area and current playback area are set correctly. Check if your device is compatible with YouTube TV, as some older devices may not support the app. Check the YouTube TV’s Twitter account or Help Center for outage reports. I canceled YouTube since they have no real phone #. No customer service. Screen said "done", but no confirmation #. Google and YouTube are crooks and scammers too.

* Be sure to stop any payment to YouTube at your bank. The crooks will try to draft even if you cancel. Only safe way to cancel is block YouTube from drafting from your account. Dishonest and pitiful.
