Problem receiving Sunday Ticket

When I tried to watch Sunday Ticket, I got a message that I had signed out.
My Visa has already been charged $449 for current season, I tried to follow on screen directions, but unable to do so.
I am 83 years old in poor health. I live alone and unable to find someone to help me.
Is it possible that customer service to confirm that I have paid for Sunday Ticket and activate my subscription from your end?

Poor customer service, not able to speak with anyone about the problem yet the draft for payment is consistent. It would be nice to have someone call to help correct the problem. Ready to cancel the subscription!!!
