Everything worked fine yesterday morning then in the evening when I tried a channel I got error message. I can get YouTube tv on my phone but not on my tv. Im using a fire stick but thats not the problem because I can watch other apps. And trying to find help totally sucks, no working phone number to talk to a real person. I expect immediate help with this.

Moving the spectrum .. my local channels are always messed up. They black out games that are over 300 miles away. Give me news in Buffalo and sometimes the right local area sometimes Pennsylvania I dont care about the weather in those places I care about Rochester, New York, where I live

Called to ask questions. Rep could not answer any without putting me on hold every time. Rep promised a 4 week you tube tv discount since I did not need Max which was part of the promo. He walked me through sign up process and had me add Max. He had me sign in to it and then told me he could not cancel the service and could not give me the discount promised. When I called him out and demanded he cancel Max and asked for a receipt, he said he couldn't provide one. He then said I needed to tell him who I had Max with which is none of his business. He refused to pass me to a supervisor. Instead, transferred me to another Rep. By this time I had been on the phone for 90 mins. Second Rep could not cancel Max and said I had to do it myself online. That is garbage since it was the Reps incompetence that got me here. She said she could only cancel the whole service and I demanded the entire service be canceled. It took me arguing for an additional 35 minutes to get a receipt for cancelation. What kind of customer service department does this to a new customer? If the Rep would have just been honest to begin with everything would have been fine.

Network channels ((CBS, NBC, ABC, FOX) do not work when there are live sporting events. Football is just starting and this is the 3rd week in a row that I get a playback error saying this program is currently unavailable to watch. This means all of my local teams that I would want to watch will never be viewable for me all year. I have to have these fixed to keep the service

I signed up for a free trial of Youtube TV, I cancelled on the day of 9/17 in order not to be charged as I did not want to continue the service. I was charged $321.42, resulting in overdraft charges at my bank. Are you able to please refund the charges.

Contaced AMC via chat.They do not have me in the system, as I "signed up" via YouTube.YouTube has ZERO customer service.I sent a ticket a couple/three days ago, and NOTHING back from them.Lame.
