Everything was great and the issue was quickly resolved. I needed help to learn how to get the TV channels that I wanted to watch and it was explained very quickly and clearly!

To let me have free month access since I paid on time originally
I paid my YouTube TV on time on August the 1st, and on August the 3rd, I got sent an email saying I haven't paid. I'm tied down with bills and am a regular customer. Can you guys please let me have a free month of YouTube TV?

How about giving out the phone number so people can talk to you. I updated my payment method and resigned up plus took Parampunt+ with Showtime and now Im still not able to watch. What kind of company do you guys run!!
