Charged me for a service I didn't want. I was trying to download March Madness and got YouTube.
Tried to get a refund, and to no avail. Never again. You need to fix your 1-800 number so that we can speak to a live agent. Try to do better with the next customer.

Recordings not working
recording not play9ing back correctly i should not have to unolug my tv or restart a router everytime i pause a recording and go back to play again. With the amount of money we pay monthly this shouod not be an issue or made to be our problem figure out your app issue and fix it no online customer service on the week end so your customers mean nothing to you at all other than a paycheck

Verified ReviewerYou didn’t fix my problem that I called about and talked to a YouTube representative who misled me in to 977.74 dollars of gift’s when he was supposed to be working on the problem I had with YouTube.
I called a YouTube representative who talked so fast that I could hardly understand him. He was supposed to be working on a problem I had with them for 3 months.
While talking to him and trying to fix the problem, he was telling me to push a lot of buttons because he was supposed to be walking me through the process to fix the issue.
However, during the conversation, I was misled and found there was $977.74 taken out of my account for gift cards. I would like to get a full refund and for someone to do something about it; instead, I don't get any replies or answers, and my money hasn't been returned.

I have YouTube TV through Verizon but I had a difficult time finding out that I needed to call Verizon. I tried any number of telephone numbers and prompts before I was able to get the correct information. I wouldn't, however, say I am a pissed off customer; more like a frustrated senior citizen.
User's recommendation: Do your research and get the correct contact information before calling for service on YouTube. I otherwise like it a lot.

Got my issue resolved with a location reset required. Once reaching agent, she had to put me on hold for pretty long time to reset location and get me up and running again.

User's recommendation: A website with support chat would be useful. Bell, Rogers and Netflix have this service and they have all proven useful over the years. It should not be so difficult to talk to a human being.. have

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund.
I am writing to formally request a refund for the recent auto-renewal charge on my YouTube TV account for the NFL Sunday Ticket subscription, which was processed on August 1, 2025.
I was unaware that auto-renewal was enabled on my account, and upon noticing the charge, I canceled the subscription on the same dayAugust 1st. Despite the prompt cancellation, the full amount was still charged to my fathers credit card, which was saved on my profile.
The cardholder is Reginald L.
Sutton (aka Reggie Sutton), and he does not consent to this charge.
His contact number is 704-516-****, should you require verification or direct communication.
Given that the subscription was canceled the same day it renewed and no service has been used, we respectfully request a full refund to the original payment method.
If a refund cannot be issued, we will be left with no choice but to escalate this matter by filing formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and the North Carolina State Attorney Generals Office.
We are simply asking for fairness and a timely resolution. Please confirm receipt of this message and advise us on the next steps for processing the refund.

Help me buy you tube tv. I have had you tube for several years sharing my sons subscription, have changed location to Arizona from Minnesota 2 times in 1 year, but your new rule does not allow that.
I want to buy my own subscription while I am in Arizona now. Please assist me to purchase my new contract. Please phone me because I am an older guy and not good with tech. If can not please give me easy to follow directions.

Thought I was dealing with someone from YouTube customer service and got scammed. Need to find a better way to get ahold of YouTube TV; very hard to find a number to call. Need an easy way to call to get help if you have an issue.
